TISCOR Hosts Fire User Group Meeting

Poway, Calif., March 11, 2008— TISCOR is pleased to announce the close of its annual Fire Users Group Conference, held in San Diego, CA. The conference was attended by fire and safety professionals from around the country and presented the newest developments in the TISCOR product. Also featured were actual customer applications and success stories. The conference was attended by users from a wide range of industries, as well as TISCOR distributors. The event is held to update users on new product development and to promote the sharing of ideas, experiences and knowledge.

Each year one of the primary objectives is to discuss the road map for the future of the product with the customers. "An important strategy in the success of our products is to partner with our customers to help define the path we follow in product development. Because technology changes at such a rapid pace, it is vital for us to identify those technologies which are most important to our customers", said Don Wickstrom, TISCOR general manager. "The opportunity to gather information directly from the customers is invaluable."

Customers in attendance came from companies such as Boeing, City of Phoenix, Cornell University, Dow, FirstEnergy, NASA, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. TISCOR recognized two attendees who worked closely with the TISCOR team during the previous year to further refine the product and services. Customer of the Year went to Jeff Schiller of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI. Scott Miller of Fire & Safety, Inc in Woodriver, IL, accepted the award for Distributor of the Year. "It is nice to know in this day and age of profit-driven, less personable business that a technology company actually cares about their customers and their opinions" said Mr. Miller. "The entire user group was a class act."

TISCOR also hosted vendor presentations and a lunchtime vendor show, providing the customers with information on other complimentary products that can be used within their facilities. Presenters and exhibitors included representatives from Brady®, IDenticard, Motorola®, and Intermec.
