TISCOR Hosts Annual Medical User Group Meeting

SAN DIEGO, Calif., September 21, 2009—On September 14 - 15, TISCOR hosted forty of its medical product customers in San Diego at their annual Medical User Group Meeting. The popular event brings together biomedical professionals from around the country who use TISCOR’s software to schedule, track and document inspections on the medical equipment within a hospital or medical facility. The event is designed to update users on new product developments and facilitate networking among the customers.

Planned by TISCOR’s Marketing Department, the two-day meeting was directed by Jeff Clark, senior product architect and Mark Woodruff, senior technical consultant. Special topic presentations were given by two customers: Bernard Benesby from Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey gave a presentation on Equipment Management and Distribution, while Nils Gurdin from the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York presented on Using MediMizer X3 under Citrix with Tablet PCs. Both presentations were well received and generated lively group discussions.

"During a time when budgets are tight and people are juggling multiple responsibilities, we genuinely appreciate our customers taking the time to attend the user group meeting", stated Don Wickstrom, TISCOR general manager. "Many of our customers return year after year, providing us with the opportunity to gather invaluable feedback".

TISCOR’s next user group meeting is scheduled for October 12 -13, 2009, in San Diego, and will host customers using the fire equipment inspection software.
