TISCOR Releases InspectNTrack Basic Package

SAN DIEGO, Calif., July 29, 2010—TISCOR, a pre-eminent leader in inspection management software, today announced the release of InspectNTrack Basic, Version 1.0. The release introduces the second in a series of four packages of the company’s compliance-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.

InspectNTrack Basic is designed to schedule, track, and document inspection activities for equipment or checkpoints that require regular inspection intervals.  As a web-based program, it can be accessed at any time from any computer with internet access. InspectNTrack assists in documenting inspections for fire & life safety equipment, environmental health & safety, facilities, janitorial, property, lab and space, dorm rooms, rodent management and more.

InspectNTrack Basic incorporates all of the features found in the InspectNTrack Starter package (released in May 2010) along with additional functionality.  The primary differentiation is that it eliminates paper forms by providing the ability to perform inspections using a handheld Pocket PC.  The following Windows® Mobile devices are certified for use with InspectNTrack Basic:

InspectNTrack Basic also features multiple choice questions and questions sets.  Question sets provide the user with step-by-step instructions for completing an inspection or maintenance activity.  This helps ensure that each activity is completed as required by regulations.  Although question sets are available, inspections can also be performed with Pass/Fail responses.
