TISCOR Releases New Version of MediMizer X3

SAN DIEGO, Calif., October 29, 2010—TISCOR, a pre-eminent leader in automation software systems and a leading provider of total facility management solutions, today announced the release MediMizer Version 13.3, featuring compatibility with Microsoft™ Windows 7.

MediMizer is used by biomedical equipment technicians at health care facilities to accurately monitor the safety, performance and preventive maintenance of biomedical equipment. Used with or without mobile hand-held computers and bar code technology, MediMizer replaces handwritten log sheets, increasing accuracy and efficiency to better comply with Joint Commission guidelines.

MediMizer Version 13.3 supports both Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 platforms, including 64-bit systems. Windows XP is still supported in 32-bit mode; however, Windows 2000 is no longer supported. Other product enhancements include:

• Crystal Reports XI R2 SP6 is now available to run under Windows 7.
• The Equipment List now includes the Cost Center # and Description fields based on the Equipment's Charge-To Department.
• Crystal Reports XI R2 Service Pack 6 runtime is now installed to support reporting under Windows 7 and 2008. This file is only installed once, so future updates will be faster.
• In Autolist reports, column headings are now shown as just one line - not wrapped around.

As a general maintenance release, update CDs are being shipped to all MediMizer X3 users under support. All new shipment of MediMizer X3 will also be this version.
