Don Wickstrom, General Manager

Mr. Wickstrom is a 26-year veteran of corporate financial management, with the past 11 years spent in a variety of financial and management roles within the Brady family of companies. He transitioned to the TISCOR team in 2005 and accepted the position of General Manager in 2007. Mr. Wickstrom is responsible for overseeing the general operations of the company including strategic development, product development, customer support, finance, sales, marketing and administration. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Accounting and Management from Upper Iowa University.

Gus Sakis, Director of Sales

In his current role, Mr. Sakis oversees the company's inside and outside sales teams and is responsible for the development of distribution channels and strategic alliances. Mr. Sakis joined TISCOR in 1992, and has a broad background working with the biomedical segment of the hospital industry. He has worked extensively to build the customer base for TISCOR’s products and is widely known among industry professionals. With his experience in sales and software development, Mr. Sakis enhances TISCOR sales on a global scale.

Lucia Morales, Director of Marketing & Professional Services

Ms. Morales is responsible for directing all marketing operations, ensuring that programs support product and corporate objectives. Her responsibilities include the TISCOR website, trade shows, advertising, public relations, market research, product branding and product launches. Ms. Morales also oversees TISCOR’s Professional Services department, which includes installation, implementation and training on all products. Having worked in the semiconductor and telecommunications industries prior to joining TISCOR, Ms. Morales has over 20 years experience in marketing high technology products. She holds an MBA from California State University and a BBA with a concentration in marketing.

Tuhin Ghosh, Software Development/Technical Support Manager

Armed with more than 17 years of experience in system analysis, design and development, Mr. Ghosh brings a wealth of knowledge to TISCOR’s software development team. He is responsible for technical oversight on software projects and for setting the technology direction of the products. Mr. Ghosh’s technical expertise includes Microsoft .NET, Visual Basic, ASP, JavaScript, SQL Server and Oracle. Additionally, Mr. Ghosh oversees TISCOR’s Technical Support department, allowing him to develop processes that improve over-all customer satisfaction. He is also a member of the adjunct faculty at Palomar College in San Marcos, CA. Mr. Ghosh hold a BS in computer science from Regional Engineering College in India.

Elizabeth Hernandez, Human Resources

Ms. Hernandez’s responsibilities include recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation/wage evaluations, and planning and directing policies for all phases of personnel activity. Her ability to provide strategic direction in efficiently and effectively motivating, utilizing and retaining TISCOR’s human capital plays a major role in the company's continued success. Ms. Hernandez also oversees TISCOR's finance department.  She attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she received a BS in Business Administration and Journalism and also holds her HR certification.
