Customer 1st Refresher Training
All customers who are covered under a current software support contract are eligible for Supplemental Web-based refresher training at no cost. This training is valuable to customers who have new employees who require training or employees who require training on specific features in their program. Configuration Services
Configuration Services provide a foundation and strategy for rapid deployment of your new system. By assessing your technical environment, processes and business objectives, we will recommend the optimum method of configuration, set-up and use of the TISCOR application.

Training
On-site training is focused towards new users, providing one-on-one instruction with a TISCOR trainer. By visiting the client facility, the trainer can provide site-specific system instruction to individuals or groups.
Group classroom training is held at the TISCOR facility in San Diego, and is focused towards upgrade customers who already have a basic knowledge of the software. Classroom training incorporates users from different companies, offering an environment of information sharing.
All training incorporates a "hands-on" approach that promotes client participation. Clients who attend training sessions gain a thorough operating knowledge of TISCOR's systems.

Web-based Training
Clients purchasing a TISCOR Guard Tour Management or Asset/Inventory Tracking system can participate in one-on-one training sessions with TISCOR trainer over the Internet via their local Intranet connections.

Regional Training (applies only to the MediMizer product)
Regional Training sessions are periodically offered in group settings at local sites and create an economical way for customers to obtain system information without incurring long-distance travel expenses. Clients receive a generic overview of the system, review trouble-shooting techniques, obtain detailed training on system upgrades and create custom reports. This unique format also creates a perfect setting for clients to meet their industry counterparts, share operating tips, and brainstorm future product solutions.
