TISCOR Direct Fire
TISCOR Direct Fire is a web-based version of TISCOR’S industry-leading FM for Fire software. It has all of the same features and functionality of FM for Fire, but is accessed via the internet. With TISCOR Direct Fire, you pay a one-time set-up fee and then a monthly subscription fee. Your TISCOR Direct Fire program can be accessed from any computer with internet access, making it available from any location.

Easy Implementation
Because TISCOR Direct Fire is accessed via the Internet; installation and setup of software at the customer’s site are eliminated. Users can be up and running very quickly. TISCOR Direct Fire requires Internet Explorer 6.0 or later and connectivity to an Internet Service Provider at a minimum of 56kbps.
No IT or Infrastructure Required
Since the software is hosted by TISCOR and accessed through the web, an infrastructure at the user site not required. All that is needed is a computer with access to the internet. This means there’s no need for on-site IT assistance.

Data Security and Connectivity
TISCOR Direct Fire is proactively monitored and protected with the newest technologies to ensure the security of your data, reducing the risk of loss. Because service level access is maintained at 98.5%, a user will seldom experience an inability to access their data.
Ownership of Data
Data remains the property of the User. If a User chooses not to renew a contract, the data is returned to the User on a CD at no additional charge.

Is cost determined by the amount of equipment or number or scans per month?
No, the monthly subscription fee includes unlimited checkpoints, inspections, or locations and an unlimited amount of scanning.
Do I have to sign up for a set amount of time?
All agreements are based on a 12-month contract.
If I chose not to renew my contract, what happens to my data?
TISCOR returns your data to you on a CD. Your data is always yours to keep.
What happens after I sign the contract?
After we receive payment of your set-up fee, we will ship your device(s) and schedule training. A certified TISCOR trainer comes to your facility to train you and your staff. After you are trained, you will have access to the program. We will not begin billing the monthly fee until you are trained and ready to use the software.
Can anyone else view my data?
No, your data is protected by a unique user name and password. You control access to your account. |
