Customer 1st Refresher Training
All customers who are covered under a current software support contract are eligible for Supplemental Web-based refresher training at no additional cost. This training is valuable to customers who have new employees who require training or employees who require training on specific features in their program. Configuration Services
Configuration Services provide a foundation and strategy for rapid deployment of your new system. By assessing your technical environment, processes and business objectives, we will recommend the optimum method of configuration, set-up and use of the your application.

Training
On-site training is focused towards new users, providing one-on-one instruction with a certified trainer. By visiting the client facility, the trainer can provide site-specific system instruction to individuals or groups.
Group classroom training is held at our facility in San Diego, and is focused towards upgrade customers who already have a basic knowledge of the software. Classroom training incorporates users from different companies, offering an environment of information sharing.
All training incorporates a "hands-on" approach that promotes client participation. Clients who attend training sessions gain a thorough operating knowledge of their software.

Web-based Training
Clients purchasing a Guard Tour Management software or certain levels of the InspectNTrack software can participate in one-on-one training sessions with a trainer over the Internet via their local Intranet connections.
